These addictive tuna stuffed avocados will be your new favorite snack or pre workout meal. Not a tuna fan? Substitute it with some shredded chicken! 1 large avocado, pitted 1 packet of tuna in water 1/2 of red bell pepper, diced 1/4 of a jalapeño, or more if you like it spicy Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped Juice of half a lime Pink Himalayan sea salt Black pepper 1. Scoop out some of the avocado from each half and place into a medium sized mixing bowl 2. Add tuna, bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper to bowl 3. Mash ingredients together with a fork till well mixed 4.
